Website and booking terms

Estimates and bookings

Online pricing is based on the location, vehicle, service, after-hours selection, and details submitted. A booking is subject to service availability, safe access, accurate information, and confirmation. Materially different conditions may require a revised quote before work begins.

Vehicle and access conditions

You are responsible for describing the vehicle, its condition, keys, wheel movement, terrain, and pickup access accurately. Tony's Towing may decline or pause work that cannot be performed safely or is outside available equipment capabilities.

Availability and timing

Normal operating hours are 9am-5pm daily. After-hours requests are handled when available. Arrival estimates may change because of distance, weather, traffic, road conditions, active calls, or access limitations.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. If service cannot be provided, Tony's Towing will review the booking and any appropriate refund. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellations so dispatch work can be stopped when possible.

Emergencies

This website is not an emergency service. If anyone is injured, in danger, blocking active traffic, or facing another immediate hazard, call 911 before requesting a tow.
