Information you provide

When you request a tow, we may collect your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off details, vehicle information, service notes, and approximate or device-provided location when you choose to share it.

Payments and booking records

Payments are processed by Stripe. Tony's Towing does not receive or store your full payment-card number. We retain booking and payment-reference information needed to provide service, communicate with you, prevent duplicate charges, and maintain business records.

Communications

We use the contact details you provide to respond to your request, send booking information, coordinate dispatch, and provide service-related updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Optional website analytics

When analytics is enabled and you consent, we may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, traffic source, and booking-step interactions. Analytics is used to improve the site and booking experience. You can decline optional analytics when the preference notice appears.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, maps, payment processing, or other necessary business operations. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.
